PROPERTY OF NON-RESIDENT WARDS

The petition of DOROTHY HULCHER, a non-resident guardian, for ~
authority to sell the property of Edna Marie Hulcher and Ann Carol Hulcher,
non-resident wards incompetent because of minority, for whom the petitioner
was appointed guardian in the State of Ohio, coming on this day to be hea rd;
and it appearing to the Court that the guardian has designated a resident agent .
according to law, that she has filed with her petition a certified copy- of her
letters of guardianship and of the bond executed by her in the State of Ohio,
; and that no additional bond is necessary; and it further appearing to the Court

, that it is to the best interest of the aforementioned wards for their interest in ~

~ the property described below to be sold; that notice of the petition for leave

~ to sell is not deemed necessary or desirable, and that no reason exists why
~

~ the foreign guardi.an should not be authorized to sell the property of her wards
~ in this State; and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Dorothy Hulcher, as guardian of the
~
~ property of Edna Marie Hulcher and Ann Carol Hulcher, is authorized to sell
~
~ the interest of the non-resident wards in the property located in St. Lucie
,
~
~ County, Florida, described as follows: ~
= Lot 4 of Block "E" of Lowry's Subdivision according to a plat
~ thereof recorded in Plat Book 1 at page 211 of the public
- records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
; LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion o~ said
