1. • Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notity
the undersigned in writing at the address indicated below (or at sac!: o+her address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned hom time to time) that the said premises ~e not in a reasonable state oi

within ihe immediate vicinity, the undersigned aqrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set torth in said notice within 15 days after receipt of same_
2. li the undersigned sha11 fail or refuse to accomplish ihe required repairs or mainten~ce. ~
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assigns, ~
acting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises tor the purpose of doing '
ihe necessary work. Provided, however, ihat such work shall be limited to lawn cmd yard maintencmce ~
to prevent cm overgrown or unYempt appe~~ce, and to painting cmd minor repairs to the exlerior of
the building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent m~ unsightly or unsafe condition. '

3. As to ~y costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA~'ION, its suc-
cesscrs or assigns, in bringinq about cmd accompiishing ihe work referred to in the notice, the under-
signed agrees to make pa~-ment thereof within 10 days afier demand. Provided, however, that demcmd
ior pa} ment shalt not exceed actual costs or expenses incurred.
4. In ihe even! thai the undersigned shall fail or re{use to make pa7rment of the actual costs or
expenses incurred, ihen, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cess~rs or assigns, may undertake eollection oi the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
hereunder, together wiih all costs oi collection including a reasonable attomey's fee. GEi1ERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in additi~n to other remedies prescribed by Florida law, give
notice that it has aoquired a lien agcanst the subject property for said ~ount cmd may file a Notice
oi Lien among the Public Records of the County in which the premises cae situated.
This agreement shall be binding upon my (ou~) heirs, successors or assigns ~d shall be con-
