Beginning at a point 1,538 feet North of the Southeast corner of
Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, thence Southwesterly

67, of the public records of St. Lucie Courity, Florida) to the East
right of way of U. S. Highway No. 1 thence Southeasterly along said

right of way a distance of 150 feet; thence Northeasterly parallel
to said Beckman line to the East line to said Section 22, thence
