Olga Concordia Falk, deceased, hereinafter called the Grantor, and
CHARI.~S 1~ILLI AND REVA WILLI, his wife, whose post office address is
909 Avenue M- Fort Pierce, Florida,
hereinafter called the Grantees:
WITNESSETH:
WHTREAS, Olga Concordia Falk, Deceased, late of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died testate an November 18, 1968, and
WHEREAS, NILS CONRAD FALK, is the duly qualified and acting
Executor of the Estate of said decedent, Letters Testamentary having
been issued to NILS CONRAD FALK, by the Honorable Jack L. Rogers,
County Judge of St. Lucie County, Florida, on January 7, 19.70, and ,

WHEREAS, pursuant to Petition for Order Authorizing Sale,

the Honorable Jack L. Rogers, as County Judge in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, entered its Order authorizing the sale of the
property hereinafter described to the Grantees, an Order having been
entered on the 16th day of January , 19 ?0 .
NOW, THEREFOBE, the Grantor for and in consideratian of
the sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($?,500.00) and other ~
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by
these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey,
and confirm unto the Grantees, all that certain land situated in

St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

Lot 16, Helton`s Itiverview Subdivision, according to a ~
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 43, of the '
public records of 3t. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVS AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever, in
as full and ample manner as the same was possessed or enjoyed by the
said Olga Concordia Falk, deceased, in her lifetime.
