THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~ day of ,

Loretta E. Elton, deceased, party of the first part, and GEOR E.
MORRIS and MYRTA H. MORRIS, his wife, parties of the second part,

WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, pursuant to
the power of sale contained in the Last Will and Testament of the
above-named decedent, and in consideration of the premises and the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considera-
tion in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, premises, re- ~
leases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, and
to their heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
