WHEREAS, the parties hereto for mutual considerations wish to (consolidate said indebtedness and) revise the terms
of payment thereof; ' °
THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED that the unpaid balance of said indebtedness(es) upon the date of this Agreement is
;__$4~Q.20 and that the undersigned hereby promises to pay said amount, with interest at the rate stated
