poses and says: That my name is DOROTFiY BLACI~BY, that affiant ~
has been well acquainted with KARL WAIBEL and EVELYN WAIBEL
for the past twenty years; affiant further states that the said
KARL WAIBEL and EVELYN WAIBEL were man and wife on April 22,
1952, when they purchased the above described property and that
