plants, lishting fixtures. power machinery, plant or plants for runniag and operation of passenget or olher e!e-

or hereafter loeated in the building upon said land, and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or ~

said land in the Mortsagee as may reasonably be required; and that tht Mortgagor hereby fully warraats the title
to said land and will defend the same against the lawfu) claims of all persons whomsoever.
