That portion of said Sections lying North of a line described as
commencing on the East boundary of Government Lot 1, of said Sec-
tion 11, 1320 feet South of the North line of Section 10, as
extended Easterly, thence run West parallel with and 1320 feet
distant from said extended North line of Section 10, and the
North line of Section 10, and the North line of Section 9, to the
East shore of Indian River.
Zhat portion of Sections 10 and 11 lying South of a line described `
as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 88 of
Avalon Park Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 1, page 187, Saint Lucie County, Florida, public records,
run thence West along the North line of said Lot 88 and an
extension of said line, to the East shore of "Blue Hole Cut," a
Cove of Che Indian River.
Zhe South one-half of Lot 25, the South one-half of Lot 26, and
all of Lot 35 of said Avalon Park Subdivision.
The NorthwesC 13 acres of Lot 6 of Section 10, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, described as follows: Co~nencing on the low water
mark line of Indian River at a point equidistant upon said line
from the poin t where the South line of Lot 6 intersects the low
water mark line of Indian River and the point where the West
line of said Lot 6 intersects the low water mark of said Indian
River; thence Westerly along said low water mark line to said
point of intersection with said West line of said Lot 6; thence
northerly along said West line to the North boundary line of
