WARRANTY DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this the ~ day
of February, 1970, by and between LUCY R. DIXON WILLIS and husband,
HENRY WADE WILLIS, of New Hanover County, North Carolina, parties of
the first part, and R. E, CRISP and wife, ELLA G. CRISP, of 2710 Carolina

Beach Road, Wilmington, North Carolina, parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH:
The parties of the first part, for and in consideration o~ fihe sum -
of TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable considerations, to them in hand

paid by the parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, ~
have granted, bargained and sold, to the parties of the second part, their heirs
; and assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in
; St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: r

~ ALL of T.~~ 36 of Block 83 of Indian River Estates Unit Nine,
~ a subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
; Book 10, z'?b~ 74, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
i Florida. Said lot was conveyed by General Development
~ Corporation to Joseph C. Dixon and wife, Lucy R. Dixon,
~ by deed dated July 1, 1964. Joseph C. Dixon conveyed to
~ Lucy R. Dixon all of his right, title and interest in and to
~ - said lot by deed dated July 1, 1968. Joseph C. Dixon and
~ Lucy R. Dixon are now divorced and Lucy R. Di.xon has
s remarried to Henry Wade Willis.

~ This deed is executed subject to restrictions, reservations,
~ and easements of record and taxes.
- The parties of the first part hereby fully warrant the title to said
