covenants any outstanding rights under mosquito control
permit granted by Dorothy K. Schoenith to St. Lucie County
Sanitary District dated March 4, 1957, recorded in Official
Records Book 225, page 202, St. Lucie County, Florida,
which is revocable at any time, and electric transmission
line easement granted by Dorothy K. McMillan and Thomas
M. McMillan to Florida Power & Light Company dated June'S,
1969, recorded in Official~Records Book 180, page 1694,
St. Lucie County, Florida, relating to a strip of land
12 feet wide along the west side of State Road A-1-A.
This conveyance is subject to a purchase money mortgage
from the Grantee to the Grantor in tlie amount of $48,250,
which is being filed for record simu3taneously with the
recording of this ~eed, or approximately so.
