The Mortgagor, RACHEL McNEILL RAND, joined ~
by her husband, STANLEY RAND, JR., whose mailing address
is Indian Point Lane, Riverside, Connecticut 06878,

in ~onsideration of the sum specified in the promissory
note described below, hereby mortgages to the Mortgagee,
DOROTHY R. McMILLAN, whose mailing address is P. O. Box
11254, Charlotte, North Carolina 28209, the real property
described below.
The north 186.5 feet of the south 2889.8 feet
of fractional Sections 4 and 5, in Township 36
South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with all riparian and littoral rights
thereunto appertaining, Su~EC:•r i'u existing
right-of-way for State Road A-1-A as conveyed
by deed recorded in Official Records Book 74,
page 455, St. Lucie County, Florida.
This is a purchase money mortgage given to
secure payment of the aggregate principal amount of
forty-eight thousand two hundred and fifty dollars
($48,250.00) as part of the purchase price for the sale
; of the property by the Mortgagee to the Mortgagor, which

~ part of the purchase price is evidenced by a promissory

B note of even date herewith, given by the Mortgagor

~ to the Mortgagee, in the principal amount aforesaid.
~ The note bears interest from date at the rate of seven

~ percent (7$).per year on the principal balance remaining
from time to time unpaid, interest payable annually.
~ The principal amount is payable in five consecutive

` annual installments of $9,650.00 each, plus interest,
