The Mortgagor, BARBARA McNEILL YOW, joined
by her husband, JOHN W. YOW, whose mailing address
is 3721 Ortega 13oulevard, Jacksonviile, F•loriaa siii~,
in consideration of the sum specified in the promissory
note described below, hereby mortgages to the Mortgagee,
DOROTHY K. McMILLAN, whose mailing address is P. O. Box
11254, Charlotte, North Carolina 28209, the real property
described below. ~
The south 186.5 feet of the north 373 feet of the
south 2889.8 feet of fractional Sections 4 and 5,
in Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, together with all riparian and
littoral rights thereunto appertaining, SUBJECT
TO existing right-of-way for State Road A-1-A
as conveyed by deed recorded in Official Records
Book 74, page 455, St. Lucie County, Florida.
This is a purchasP money mortgage given to
secure payment of the aggregate principal amount of

forty-eight thousand two hundred and fifty dollars

4 ($48,250.00) as part of the purchase price for the sale

~ of the property by the Mortgagee to the Mortgagor, which

~ gart of the purchase price is evidenced by a promissory
