1970, by and between FRANCO ROGOLINO and JUANITA H. ROGOLINO,
his wife, hereinafter called "FIRST PARTIES" and JESSTs JAMES

hereinafter called "SECOND PARTIES";
W I T N 8 S S E T H:
That if Second Parties shall first make the payments
and perform the covenants herei~after mentioned on their part
to be made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and ~

agree to convey and assure to Second Parties their heirs, ~
executors, administrators or assigns, in fee simple, free
from all ericumbrances, by a good and sufficient warranty deed,
the followinq described propert~ situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
Lot 7, Block A, FRAMB~ACH SUBDIVISION, as recorded ~
in Plat Book 7, page 36, of the public records of ~
St. Lucie County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH the West
5 feet of vacated alley adjacent to said Lot 7 on
the East.
Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay First Parties ;
the sum of EIGHT THOUSAND ~7EN HUNDRID DOLLARS ($8,700.00),
with interest at the rate of 8~96 per annum, as follows:
