FOR VALUE RECENED, I, We, or either of us, promise to pay to the orcier of ~
Joseph A. Sole and Sandra J. Sole, his wife, ~

at 1002 Keritucky Avenue, Flort Fierce, Florida
the swm of ($6, 000.00) Six Thousand and no/100 eight and Dollars
in lawful money ~of the United States, with interest thereon at the rate of one half per cent $ )
per annum, from March 1, 1970 in the following manner, to-wit:
The payments to be made at the time and in the following manner. ;
On the first day of March~ 1970, and on the first day-of each of ~
the succeeding 58 months, the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
Such sums of money so paid shall be credited by Payee, first to ~
the interest on this note and secondly, as a direct reduction of
the principal. Thereafter, on February l, 1975, the principal
sum of Five Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Three and 05/100
Dollars ($5,453.05) together with accrued interest of Thirty
Eight and 63/100 Dollars ($38.63) shall be paid in final payment ~
and satisfaction of this note.

Time is of the essence of this contract, and should default be made in the payment at the times speci-

nature on said described property each and every, and this mortgage and note, whether the same be imposed
' by the Federal, State, County, or hiunicipal Governments, and if the same be not promptly paid, the said
