MILLSR, hereinafter called First Party, and RALPH B. WILSON and 1
MARIE G. WZLSON, his wife, hereinafter called Second Party.

WITN~SSBTH:
This Agreement is executed for and with the intention of mod-
ifying that certain mortgage between ROBERT G. MILLER and SLIZABBTH
V. MILLER, his wife, and RALPH 8. WILSON and MARII3 G. WILSON, his
wife, dated Se~,tember 30, 1968 and recorded September 30, 1968,

in Official Record Book 173 at Pages 2239 and 2240 of the public ,
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. i
WI~REAS, the First Party has agreed, upon execution of this '

Mortgage Modification Agreement, to make-a payment to the Second ~

Party of Five Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Six and 48/100 Dollars

($5,196.48) principal with interest from January 1, 1970, and the ~
Second Party has agreed to a moratorium on_payments on the prin-
cipal until January 1, 1976, and-the parties have agreed and con-
~ sented to modify and alter certain provisions of the original ~
~

mortgage dated Septembe~ 30, 1968, in the original principal sum
~

~ of Twelve Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($12,000.00).
~ NOW, TI~REFORE, In consideration for the mutual covenants and ;

~ considerations accrued to the parties hereto, it is agreed as fol- `
