MILLER and ELIZABETH V. MII,I,TR to RALPH B. WIISON and MARIS G.
WILSON.
2. Durinq the moratorium herein granted, the.First Party
shall pay to the Second Party interest on the unpaid principal
balance at the rate of seven percent (7%) per annum in quarterly

increments; the first quarterly interest payment shall be due May ~
1, 1970, and a like payment on the first day of each third month
thereafter until the moratorium ends or the First Party resumes
monthly payments, whichever occurs first.
3. Privilege is hereby granted to the First Pa rty to ternni-
nate the moratorium at any time before January 1, 1976 by the
!
resumption of monthly payments as set out in the promissory note
dated September 30, 1968, and the further privilege of prepayment
without penalty at any time during the moratorium of all or any
part of the remaining unpaid principal balance is granted to the -
; First Party.

6 Provided the First Party, in consideration of the above mora-

` torium and modification and other valuable considerations, does ~

hereby agree to..pay the principal sum and interest as each install-

~ ment becomes due and to comply with all other terms and conditions ;
