Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
TOM LILLY, owner of TOM LILLY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, wha, being
duly sworn, says that he is the lienor herein, whose address i.s
Route 4, Box 51, Fort Pierce, Florida, and furnished labor, which
consisted of carpentry labor only, on the following described pro-
p~:rty (See attached Schedule), located in St. Lucie County, Florida,
owned by HOLIDAY OUT RE~ORTS OF AMERICA, Post Office Box 425,
Rnoxville, Tennessee, said carpentry labor being furnished to STAR
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, Fort Pierce, Florida, of a total value of
$8,747.00, of which there remains unpaid $1,391.15, and furnished the
first of the same on October 9, 1969,-and the last of the same on
November 27, 1969, and the lienor served his notice to owner on
December 3, 1969.
