3. Collect any and all debts which are economically ;
feasible to collect and which are due and owing the respon-
dent in Florida including, but not limited to, funds held
by agents of the respondent under agency contracts or other-
wise, unearned commissions and agents' reserve funds held ~
by the respondent and others.
4. Tsmploy, and authorize the compensation of, legal

counsel. accountants, clerks and assistants as he deems j
necessary, and authorize the payment of the expenses of s

these proceedings, as approved by the court, to be paid out

the receiver or coming into his possession.

5. Not defend any legal action in which the respondent
or any of its insureds is a party defendant, commenced before ~

7. Publish notice once each week for three consecutive

weeks of the time fixed for the filing of claims agaiiist the :

~ Hillsborough, Broward, Duval and I,eon Counties, Florida,

~ specifying the time within which and place at which all
~ persons having claims against the respondent shall present such

~ claims to the ancillary receiver, or be forever barred,~ such

` claims to be filed with the ancillary receiver on uniform
claim forms prescribed and furnished by him. , ;
