TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said bargained premises with all and
singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof to the
same in any manner belonging, to the own proper use, benefit and
behoof of the said parties o~ the second part forever in FEE SIMPLE. ,
The parties of:the second part covenan~ and agree that as ~
a part of the consideration for this conveyance the land hereby
conveyed shall not be used for the sale or storage for sale of
petroleum or pe~rolewn products for a period of ten ~10) years
from the date of this conveyance and this covenant shall run
with the land.
And th,e said Gulf Oil Corporation will warrant and forever
defend the right and title to the above described property unto
the said parties of the second part, their heirs and legal
representatives, against the lawful claims of all persons whom-
soever.
IN WITNESS Tn1HEREOF, the party of the first part has caused
these presents to be duly executed in its name and its corporate
seal to be hereto affixed, attested by its Assistant Secretary,
