For value received, the undersigned Dominick Procino of
Route 2, Shanr.~n Road, Fort Pierce, Fl:~rid~, and Jack L. Staley •
of 126 Osceola Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, promise to pay
GULF OIL CORPORATION, or order, at 1375 Peachtree Stre~t, N,E.,
Atlanta 9, Georgia, the principal sum of Nine Thousand and No/lOQ
Dollars.($9,000.00), together with interest thereon calculated at
the rate of nine (9) percent per anrium on the unpaid principal
balance from time to time remaining unpaid. The aforesaid principal
and interest is payable in ins~allments ~s follows:
In ten (10) successive annual installments of . '

the principal of this note shall, at the option of Payee,
become immediately due anu payable without presentation or
demand or notice of protest or other notice of any kind, all of
which are hereby expressly waived, arid atter such default the ~
unpaid principal shall bear interest at ten (10) percent per
annum. Should it become necessary to collect this no~e through
an attorney, the undersigned hereby agree to pay all cosi;s for
_ such collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
Maker shall have the right, if not then in default, to pay
's note at any time by paying the then unpaid balance of
