Before me, the ~ndersigned officer duly authorized to take oaths,
personally appeared Pete Louis Bacon, who first being duly sworn did
depose and say: -

That he is the person described as grantee in that certain warranty
deed from B. H. J. Davis and Iola Davis, his wife, dated July 14, 1958,
recorded in Deed Book 239, page 262, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; that he is also the person described as grantee in the warranty
deed from the same grantors dated Juhe 12, 1962, recorded in O. R. Book
38, page 573, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that said deeds
inadvertently stated his last name to be Baker rather than Ba~on; that Bacon
is in truth and in fact his last name; that this affidavit is executed in order ,

to cause the record to reflect the truth. ~
