County, Florida, upon the following described piece or parcel of
~ land, situate and being in said County and State, to-wit:

in Plat Book 14, at page 53, of the Public Records of St.l.uci
County, F1or3rda..TOGETHER WITH all carpets, draperies, re-
frigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage,
and the moneys due and to beco~e due thereon, with interest from
the 23rd day of February , A. D. 19 70. •
