The apportioned rental above set forth shall be due and ~
payable on the first of the month following the recording of
the deed to the respective condominium unit or parcel and
each unit owner agrees to make payment of his share of the
monies due pursuant to and in the amount or percentage
hereinabove set forth.

A. Rent shall be payable at such place as the Lessor

may specify in writing from time to time, and a place once
specified as the place for the payment of rent, shall be
such until it shall have been changed, in writing, by no-
tice unto the Lessee from the Lessor, in the manner herein-
after prescribed for the giving of notices. All rent shall
be payable without notice or demand. For the present, and

PROVISIONS REGARDING THE PAYMENT OF TARES ?
The Lessee covenants and agrees with the Lessor that
