if the Lessor exercises its option to make emergency ~
repairs, such act or acts shall not be deemed to excuse
the Lessee from its obligation to keep the premises in
repair; and the Lessee shall, upon the demand of the. ;
Lessor, reimburse the Lessor for the cost and expense of
such emergency repairs.
XIX.
SUBORDINATION OF LEASE
This lease shall be subject and subordinate in every
particular to any mortgage now or hereafter to be placed ~
f
on the premises for any sum of money borrowed or to be
loaned to tfie Lessor, its successors and assigns, and the
Lessor shall not be required to obtain the Lessee's consent f
to such encumbrance as this paragraph shall be construed
as consent of the Lessee for such future encumbrances as
the Lessor may elect to make. -
