ARTICLn II ~
DTFINITIONS ~

The terms used in ~this Declaration and in its e~chibits '
sh~ll have meanings s~ated in the Condominiwn Act (?11.03)
Florida Statutes 1963, as amended, and as follows, unless the
context otherwise requires.
A. D~rellin~ Unit means unit as defined by the Condominium
Act, and the terms dwelling unit and apartment shall be used
interchangeably in this Declaration and have the same meaning.

as lawfully amended from time tQ time, and its successors.
D. Common Elements shall include the tangible personal
~ property required for the maintenance and operation of the
condominium, even Lhough owned by the Association, as well as
the items stated in the Condominium Act.
E. Limited Common Elements. That portion of the common

elements consisting of the separate and designated parking
' spaces, as specificallg identified on Exhibit 1 attached

~ hereto, as to each of ~hich said parking space s the right
~
~ of exclusive use may be reserved as an appurtenance to a
~ particular dwelling unit, see Exhibit 4 for further explanation
~
~ of limited common elements and parking apaces.
F. Common expenses include: .
~ 1. Expenses of administration; expenses of
~ maintenance, long term lease, operation,
~ repair and replacement of the com~~n elements
~ and of the portions of dxelling units to be
~ maintained by the Association.
~ 2. Expenses declared commn~n e~cpenses by the
provisions of this Declaration or by the
By-Laxs.
