E. Easements. Easements are reserved through the con-
dominium property as may be required for utility services in
order_ _to serve the condominium adequately; provided, however,
that such easements through a d~relling unit shall be only -
according to the plans and specifications for the apartment
building or as the building is constructed, unless approved
in ~rriting by the dwelling unit owner.

ARTICLT V
AMEND~ENT OF PLANS
~ A. Alteration of apartment plans. Developer reserves
~ the right to change the interior design and arrangenent of all
; units, and to alter the boundaries between units~, as long as
Developer owns the units so altered. No such change shall
increase the number of dwelling units nor alter the boundaries
of the co~mnon elements without amendment of this Declaration
by approval of the Association, dwelling unit o~mers and o~rners
of mortgages in the manner elsewhere provided. If Developer
