be hereafter adopted, including the right to levq and collect
assessments for the purposes of acquiring, operating, leasing, I

may be necessary or convenient in the operation and manag~-. ~
ment of INI.ET HOUSE CONDOMINIUI~ APAR~!?SENTS, INC. , in accom-
plishing the purposes set forth in said Declaration of
Condominiwn.
c. To maintain, repair, replace, operate and manage
IlVLET HOUSE CONDC~INIUI~ APART~'~3'sNTS f INC . and the property
comprising same, including the right to reconstruct improve-
ments after casualty_and to make further improvements of the
Condominiwn property.
d. To contract for the management of INLET HOUSE
~ COND~+IINIUM ApARTI~ENTS, INC. and to delegate to ~such contractor
~
all of the powers and duties of the Association except those
which map be required by the Declaration of Condominium to
have approval of the Board of Directors or l~embership of
~ the Corporation.

f. To exercise, undertake, and accomplish all of the
rights, duties and obligations which may be granted to or
imposed upon the Corporation pursuant_to the Declaration of
Condominiura aforementioned. ~
