The premiums on such bonds shall ~ ~ be paid by the Assoczation. ` - - ~~TICLE-VII-------------- PARLI~:E1~iTARY RULES Roberts' Rules of Order (latest edition) shall govern the conduct of Association meetings when not in conflict with the Declaration of Condominium, Articles of InCorporation or . ~ these By-Laws. ' ~ ~RTICLE VIII These Bg-Laws r~ay be ariended in the following manner: A. Notice of the subject matter of a proposed amendment shall be included in the notice of any r~eeting at which a proposed amendment is considered. _ i B. A resolution adopting a proposed amendment may be ~ ~ ~ proposed by either the Board of Directors of the Association t ~ or by the members of the Association. Directors and members = : not present in person or by proxy at the r.-~eeting considering the ' ~ i amendr,ient may express their approval in writing, provided such ~ approval is delivered to the Secretary at~or prior to the meeting. Lxcept as elsewhere Frovided, such approvals r~ust be bp: 1. Not less than 7~ percent of the entire membership of the Board of Directors and not less than 75 percent of the votes of the entire membership of the Association; or 2. I~ot less than $C percent of the votes of the entire m.e~bership of the Association; or , 3. Until the first election of directers, by all of the directors. ~ C. Proviso. Provided, however, that no a*~endment shall discriminate against any dwelling unit owner nor against any dwelling unit or class or group of dwelling units unless the dwelling unit owners so affected shall consent.
