MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM
UNIT I .
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 26th day of
February , 1970, by and between INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM
MANAGEMENT CORPORATION,a Florida corporation,~hereinafter
.
called "Management Corporation", and INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM
APARTMENTS
~INCORPORATED, a Florida non-profit corporation, hereinafter
called "Condominium."
WITNESSETH: '
WHEREAS, the Condominium contemplates the operation of
a condominium apartment complex project consis~ing of not
more than three (3) apartment houses, all being known as
INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APART'MENTS, and each specific
apartment building containing twenty (20) apartment units,
and each apartment building,!to be designated by parcel

numbers beginning with Parcel No. One (1) through Parcel
No. Three (3}, and being constructed upon the real property,
as more particularly hereinafter described, and located in
' St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

j Beginning at a point which is the northwest corner of
~ Lot 1, MARAVILLA SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Boak
7, Page 31, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
run East along the North line of said Lot 1 a distance
of 155.00 feet; thence run South 146.33 feet; thence
~ run West 50.00 feet; thence run South 67.53 feet to
the south line of Lgt 3, ~1ARAVILLA GARDENS SUBDIVISION;
thence run North 89 SO'20~~ West along the south line
of said Lot 3, 202.18 feet to the southwest corner
of Lot 3 and the easterly right-of-way of Sunrise
Boulevard; thence run North 24°29'40" East along the
westerly lines of Lots 1 and 3, 234.38 feet to the
north~e.s_t_ Lot 1 and Point of Be inning; said
land comprising the property upon w ic ui ing er ;
~ One (1), INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUMS is situated; subject ~
~ to a utility easement along the south 10 feet and ~
~ subject to an easement for ingress and egress along
~ . the south 40 feet of the property herein described.
£ WHEREAS, the Martagement Corporation is in the business

of providing management and supervision for the operation,
~ conduct and management of apartment buildings generally;
