of five (5) years, which option shall be exercised on notice
of election in writing from the Management Corporation to
the Condominium, within thirty (3ti) c~ays prior to expiration -
of the original five-year term hereunder.
4. The Condominiwn shall pay unto the Management
CorporRtion in quarterly installments on the f.irst day of
January, April, July and October, in advance, a sum equal to
the monthly maintenance rate as set forth for each apartcnent
unit as described in Paragraph 2 above. The Condominium .
shall collect said maintenance sums from the respective ~

apartment owners Iocated in the INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM ;
APARTM~NTS.
5. The Condominium does hereby grant and license unto_~
the Management Corporation the right to enter upon and {

ingress in and to any and alI apartment buildings, restricted, ~
however, to the common element areas and not to be referred
or construed to suthorize the entering of any apartment build-
ing without the individual owner's consent, unless such shall ;
be deemed an emergency to save or preserve the apartment
building from fire or acts of God. ~

6. Noti.ces hereunder shall be deemed given when '
