terests being hereinafter collectively called tbe "mortgaged property'~). '

TO HAVE AND TO HOI,D the mortgaged property and every part tnereof unto
~:~e Mortgagee, its successors and assigns forever for the purposes and uses
'^erein set forth.
AND the Nortgagor further covenants and agrees with the 1+Tortgagee, as
r~llows:
1. The Mortgagor will promptly pay.the principal of and interest on '

the indebtedness evidenced by the Note, and all other charges and indebted- ~

r.ess provided therein and in this Mortgage, at the times and in the manner `
~rovided in the Note and in this Mortgage. ~

2. The Mortgagor wi11 pay when due, as hereinafter provided, all ~
oround rents, if any, ana alI taxes, assessments, water rates and other
c~g?-~, f~ne~ and impositions, of every kind and nature ~
:r:~atsoever, now or hereafter imposed on the mortgaged property-, or any part ;
u'nereaf, and will pay when due every amount of indebtedness secured by any ~

~ien to which the lien of this Mor~gage is expressly subject. '

3• This ~Iortgage and the Note were executed and delivere3 to secure
:.~oneys advanced in full to the Mortgagor by the Mortgagee as or on account
a loan evidenced by the Note, for the purpose of making ~he improve- '
:~ents.described or referred to in the Final Work Write-u.ps and Bid Sheets
dated Se~tember 30~ ~969 , 19 , to or on the mort-
baged pro~erty, and for such other vurpose, if any, described or referred
~o therein, which i~provements are hereiriafter collectively called "Im-
r~ovements". The Mortgagor shall make or cause to be made all the Im-
~roveme:~ts. If zhe construction or inszallation of the Improvements shall j
:~~t he carrie~ out with reasonable diligence, or shall be discontinued at ~
