together with any littoral or riparian rights
thereto appertaining, and the South 620 feet

South, Raage 41 Bast, St. Lucie County, as well
as that portion of the South 620 feet-of Gorvernment .
Lots 6 and 7 in Section 18, located East of the
Indian River, together with any riparian rfghts
appertaining thereto; said property in Government
Lots 6 and 7 to be more parti~ularly described as
follows: All that land East of the Indian River
lying South of a line 620 f~et North of and parallel
