THIS hIA?RRANTY DEED, made the 13th day of February .
1970, by CATHERINE R. CARLISLE, individually and as Trustee, joined i
by her husband, LUTHER O. CARLISLE, a/k/a L. O. CARLISLE; ROBERT #
R. CARLISLE, individually and as Trustee, joined by his wife, MARY ~
W. CARLISLE; and CHARLES R. CARLISLE, individually and as Trustee,
a single adult, hereinafter called the Grantor, to GENERAL DEVSLOP-
MENT CORPORATION, whose post office address is:
1111 South Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida 33131 hereinafter-cailed
the Grantee: ~

"grantee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives ~
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the
Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit:

Township 36 South, Range 40 East, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page~ ~
I 34, of the public records of St. Lucie County, ~

Lots 103 and 104, in Section 5, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, of WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION, accord-

County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur- '
~ tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

~ that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said--l.and in fee simple;
