GRO?:ER herebq authorizes DEALER to harvest; to process, and/or
sell, collect proceeds from the sales of fruit and to make deductions
of all eacpenses incurred while performing these services. TY~ese expen- ~

ses will include but not be limited to tr.e following; The prevailing
rate of per box~icking and hauling, and ten ( 1Q¢ ) per box handling
charges. All processing charges if ar}y_,; and the assessments made bq

an advance and part payment for the fruit to handled hereunder, and the

said advance shall be deducted from the proceeds of fruit due the Grower~
However in the event, fox~ any reason, sufficient fruit is not harvested
and marketed with which to make repay~nent of the said advance or advances
in full, then and in such event, GROWER agrees to refund any such unpaid
balance or remainder due DEAL~R. Grower further agrees to pay any and
all attorney and court costs, should the Dealer have to resort to such
legal means of collection.
It is further agreed by Grower that should t~ere be any unpaid bal.;s-
nce due Dealer at end of season 1969-1970, then said unpaid balance shall
become a lien upon the crop of the ensuing season of 19?4-1971, and future
Crops until the full amount due ~e,aler has been paid. ~

shall be curtail~d, delayed, or prevented bq an Act of God, Breakdown of
