constitute a default under this Agreement. During the term of `

the 1969-1970 citrus fruit crop. ~

6. In the event that, by reason of hurricane or_ other (
catastrophe, which shall substantially reduce the crop yield of
the orange grove and if party of thE first part is granted an ~
extension on its installment payments under its mortgage to ~
Prudential Life Insurance Company, party of the first part shall- ~

grant to party of the second part, proportionately, a similar s
extension on his payments under this Agreement. ~
7. It is specifically understood and agreed by the
~
parties hereto that the times of payment hereinabove specified ~
are of the essence and that failure to make any payment within ~
fifteen (15) days of the due date thereof, shall constitute a
~ ;
k default under this Agreement. In the event that party of the {
~
~ second part shall fail to perform any of the covenants and condi- ~
k ~
~ ~
; tions hereinabove set forth within fifteen (15) days of written ~

~ demand by party of the first part to so perform, party of the ~

second part shall be in default under this Agreement. ~

8. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and ~
