2. II the undersigned shall fctil or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or mQinten~ce,
etc., ithin the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORFORA'fION, its successors or assigns,
acting by cmd through its duly Quihorized agents may come upon the premises tor the purpose of doing {
the neressary work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited io lawn ~d vard maintet~~ce i

ihe building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent an unsightly or unsate oondition. ~
3. As to ~y cosis or e~enses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- ~
eesscrs or assigns, in bringing about and accomplishing the work referred to in the notire, the under- ~
signed agrees to make payment thereoi within IO days a(ter demand. Provided, however,~that demcmd
ior pavmeni shall not exceed actual oosts or expe~ases incurred.
4. In the event that ihe undersigned shall fail or refuse to make puyment ot the actual costs or
expenses incurred, lhen, and in thut event only, GENERAL DEVELOFMENT CORPORATI4N, its suc-
cessors or assigns, may undertake eollection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
hereunder, iogether with ail costs oi collection inctuding a reasonable uttomey's tee. GENERAL
DEVELOPMEiVT CORPORATION may, in additiati to other remedies prescribed by Florida lrnv, give
notice that it has aeqvired a lien against the subject property for smd amount cmd may file a NoGce
