~ 1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notiiy
~ the undersic,~ned in wri4ng at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned from time to time) that the said premises m~e not in a reasonable state of
r„~ appear~c~e mzd repcrir consisterrt with the general appearance cmd staie of repair of other properties
within the immediate vicinity, the i:ndersigned agrees to accomplish ihe required repairs, maintenance, ~
etc., set torth in said notice within 15 days after receipt o{ same. ~
2. li the undersigned shall fcril or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintenance, ~
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'fION, its succ:essors or assigns, ~
acting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon ihe premises Ior the purpose of doing ~
!he necessary work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn cmd yard mainten~?ce
to prevent cm overgrown or unkempt appe~mice, and to pQinting ~d minor repairs to the exterior ot
the building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent cm unsightly ar unsafe condition.
3. As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORFORATION, its suc-
~ cesscrs or assigns, in bringing about cmd accomplishing the work referred to in the notice, the under-

~ signed agrees to make pay~nent thereof within 10 days atter demand. Provided, however, that demcmd
o !or paymeni shall i~ot exceed actual costs or expenses incurred.
4_ In ihe event that ttie undersigned shall fail or re{use to make payment of the actual costs or
expenses incurred, then, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- ~
