certify that heretofore, on the 20th day of February, 1970, I executed and
filed herein my Certificate of Sale on the martgaged property and that no
objections to such sale have been filed herein on or before the date hereof, and
; that ten (10) days have elapsed since the filing of said Certificate of Sale.

thence run South 72 feet, thence run West 150 feet to the West line of
said Block "B", thence run North 72 feet to the point of beginning;
