THIS EASEMENT made this ,~3'~~ day of F~,~i~v~y , 19_~~,
between CATNERINE R. THOMAS, ANNF CODY JONES, and E'I~-IEL P. SANSONE,
each identified as free dealers, and B. C. LUNSFORD and LOUISE LiJNSFORD, his
wife, each an undivided 1/4 interest. ~
as the Grantors, and ST. LUCIE COWi TY, Post Offic:; Box 700, Fort
Pierce, Florida, as the Grantee.
WIT:IESSETH: That the Grantors, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, tr.e receip~ of
which-is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its
successors and ass~gns, a nerpetual easement and right of way for
the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining
outfall and drainage ditches and drains in, upon and through the
following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
'Ilie East 30'(feet) of the West one half(1/2) of the Nordiwest
quarber(1/4) o~f the Southwest quarter(1/4) of Section 32, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; less
and except the Right-of-Way for Canal #101 of the North St. Iucie
River Drainage District.
It is expressedly understood, in the event this easement interferes
with the future sale or plans of this property, then the grantee will
relocabe said ditch to the satisfaction of the grantors and grantees,
providin,g the same objective can be accomplished .
