QUITCLAIM DEED ~
THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, executed this day of March
1970, by ST. LUCIE COUNTY FLORIDA, Grantor to T. JOSEPH COIvSTANTINE,
as Trustee, whose Post Office Address is 319 South Garden Avenue,
Clearwater, Florida 33516, Grantee:
WHEREAS~ GEORGE L. GUGLE and ZOA B. GUGLE, his wife, by Right
of Way Deed dated November 2, 1940 and recorded in Deed Book 100, at
page 244, conveyed to St. Lucie County- Florida for right of way
purposes without valuable consideration, the hereinafter described
lands in said county and
WI~REAS, said county has not used said land for the construction
or maintenance of a road thereon for a period in excess of sixty ~
(60) consecutive months, and the adjoining land is owned by T.
JOSEPH CONSTANTINE, as Trustee, who has made written demand that said
right of way be returned to him by Quitclaim Deed under the provisions
of Section 255.22, Florida Statutes,
WITNESSETH~ That the said Grantor, pursuant to the provisions
of said Section 255.22, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim

i unto said Grantee forever, all of the right, title, interest, claim

f and demand which the said Grantor has in and to the folldwing de-

~ scribed lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

The East 200 feet of the West 1320 feet of the North

half of Section 26, Township 36 South, Range 40 East.
