mainten~ce ~d upkeep hereby authorize and give my (our) consent ~to the following:
1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notity
ihe undersigned in writing at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned hom time time) that the said premises cae not in a reasonable state oi
appecurmee cmd repair consistent with the qeneral appearcmce cmd staie of repcrir o! other properties
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to acco~plish the required repairs, maintenance, ~
etc., set lorth in said notice within 15 days aiter receipt of same.
2. I! the undersigned shall fail or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or mainiencmce,
etc., within ihe prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'fION, its successors or assigns,
aciinq by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come »pon the premise;s for the purpo~e of doing =
the necessary work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn cmd ycQd mainiencmce
to prevent cm overqrown or unkempt appecacmce, and to painting c~d minor repairs to the exterior o!
~ the building or buildings, situated on the ptemises in order to prevent cm unsightly or unsa~e condition.
„ 3. As to cmy eosts or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORAI'ION, its suc-
m cessers or assigns, in br~nging about mzd accomplishing ihe work referred to in the notiee, the under-
m signed agrees to make paymeni thereof within 10 days aiier demand. Provided, however, that demand
a lor ~;ayment shall not exceed actual costs or expenses incurred_
~ 4. In the event that ihe undersigned shall fail or refuse to make payment oi the actual oosts or
~ expenses incurred, then, ~d in thctt event only, GENERAL DEVEL~PMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
~ ct:ssors or assigns, may undertake eollection oi the sum which the ~ undersigned is obligated to pay
hereunder, to~eiher with all costs of eollection including a reasonable attomey's fee. GEiJERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in additicxi to other remedies prescribed by Florida law, give
