WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and i
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable
considerations, to it in hand paid by the said parties of the
second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the said parties of the second part, their ~
heirs and assigns, forever, the following described land, situate, ~
lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and ~

INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, Building No. 1, a
condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, dated ~
February 26, 1970, and recorded in O.R. Book 183, at page
445, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together
with all of the appurtenances~thereto, all according to
s~id Declaration of Condominium.
SUBJECT to all of the provisions of the Declaration of
Condominium~and Exhibits thereto, and any and all restric-
tions, reservations, easements, licenses and limitations of ~
record which the parties of the second part assume and agree ~
to perfory~and abide by.
; ALSO SUBJECT to all taxes levied subsequent to the year 1970.
