WITNESSETH, that the Local Authority for and i.n con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid, at j

and beforc the sealing and delivery of these presents, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has grar:ted, conveyed,
and dedicated, and by these presents does hereby grant, convey
and dedicate unto the City for public use, the following de-
scribed public utility unprovements as the same are located on
the lands now owned by the I,cacal Authority in the City of
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, being known as Project
