As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORFORATION, its suc- resscrs or assigns, in br~n~ina about cmd accomplishing the work referred to in the notioe, the under- signed agrees to make payment thereot within 10 days a(ier demand. Provided, however, ihat demcmd for payment shait not exc~eed actuul c~osts or expenses incurred. 4. ln the event that ihe undersigned shall fail or refuse to make ~yment o{ the actual costs or expenses in~urred, then, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- ~ cessors or assigns, may undertake cottection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay hereunder, together with al! costs of oollection including a reusonable crttomey's ~ lee.
