1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assiqns, shall notity
the undersigned in writing at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned trom time to time) that the said premises are not in 4 reasonnble state of
appear~ee ~d repair consistent with the general appearance amd state of repair of other propeLiies
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to 4ccomptish the required repairs, ~~~~ter.nnce, ;
etc., set lorth in sctid noGee within 15 days alter receipt ot same. `
2. If the undersigned shall fail or retuse to accomplish the required repcsirs or m~ntp?,~nce,
etc., wiihin the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'fION, its successors or assigns, i
acting by cmd thtough its duly authorized agents may come upon ihe premises for the purpose oI doing '
ihe necessary wort. Provided, however, that such work shalt be timited to lawn ~d yard maintenartrn
io prevent ~ overqrown or unkempt appeca~ce, and to pc~inting cmd minor repairs to ihe exterior oS
the building or buildings, situcrted on the premises ir~ order to prevent an unsightly or unsafe condition. ~

3. As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORFORATION, its suc-
resscrs or assigns, in br~n~ina about cmd accomplishing the work referred to in the notioe, the under-
signed agrees to make payment thereot within 10 days a(ier demand. Provided, however, ihat demcmd
for payment shait not exc~eed actuul c~osts or expenses incurred.
4. ln the event that ihe undersigned shall fail or refuse to make ~yment o{ the actual costs or
expenses in~urred, then, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- ~
cessors or assigns, may undertake cottection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
hereunder, together with al! costs of oollection including a reusonable crttomey's ~ lee. GEI3ERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in additicxi tQ other remediss prescribed by Florida law, g~ve
notice ihat it has Qvquired a lien against the subject property for said cmnount and may file a Notice
of Lien among the Public Records of the County in which the premises ~e situctted.
This agreement shall be birtding tipon my (our} heirs, successors or assic~s cmd shall be con-
