ROBERT A. KOPF, as his attorney-in-fact, which is recorded in Y

St. Lucie County, Florida, said FRED HAACK was still alive and
of sound mind and that said FRED HAACK had not revoked or re-
pudiated said Power of Attorney, and that said Power of Attorney
