~ WARRANTY DEED
~
THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of , A.D. 1970,
Between ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS INCORPORATED, a corporation, having its
principal place of business in the County of St. Lucie, in the State
of Florida, party of the first part, and ALFRED HICKS and ANNA M.
HICKS, his wife, whose mailing address is Inlet House Apartments,
2302 Sunrise Blvd., Fort Pierce, in the County of St. Lucie, in the
State of Florida, party of the second party.
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable consider-
ations to it in hand paid by the said party of the secand part,.
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
A condominium parcel designated as Apartment No. 110 of
INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC., Building No. 1,
a condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, dated
February 26, 1970, and recorded in O.R. Book 183, at
Page 445, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with all of the appurtenances thereto, all accord-
to said Declaration of Condominium.
SUBJECT to all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits thereto, and any and all restrictions,
reservations, easements, licenses and limitations of record
whicl: the parties of the second part assume and agree to
perform and abide by.
ALSO SUBJECT to all taxes levied subsequent to the year 1970.

And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the
title to said land and unit, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
