~ WARRANTY DEED

THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of , A.D. 1970,
Between ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS INCORPORATED, a corporation, having its ~
principal place of business in the County of St. Lucie, in the State
of Florida, party of the first part, and DAVID W. SMITH and
PANDORA E. SMITH, his wife whose mailing address is Inlet House
Apartments, 2302 Sunrise Blvd., Fort Pierce, in the County of
St. Lucie, in the State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable consider-
ations to it in hand p~id by the said party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
forever, the following described land, sitt:ate, lying and being in
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
A condominium parcel designated as Aparrment No. 107 of
INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC., Building No. 1,
a condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, dated
February 26 1970, and recorded in O.R. Book 183, at.
Page 445, o~ the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with all of the appurtenances thereto, all accord-
ing to said Declaration of Condominium. ~
SUBJECT to all of the provisions of the Declara*ion of Condo-
minium and Exhibits thereto, and any and all restrictions,
reservations, easements, licenses and limitations of record
which the parties of the second part assume and agree to
i perform and abide by. ~
