Between ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS iNCORPORATED, a corporation, having its
principal place of business in the County of St. Lucie, in the State
of Florida, party of the first part, and WILLIAM H. PLATT and
ELLA I. PLATT, his wife, whose mailing address is Inlet House Apartmenfis,
2302 Sunrise Blvd., Fort~Pierce, in the County of St. Lucie, in the
State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable consider-
ations to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the said party of the second part,tiiar heirs and assigns,
forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
A condominium parcel designated as Apartment No. 105 of
INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC., Building No. 1,
a condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, dated
February a.6, 1970, and recorded in O.R. Book 183, at
Page 445, of the Public Records of St. Lucie ~Q~nty, Florida,
together with all of the appurtenances thereto, all accord-
ing to said Declaratii~n of Condominium.
SUBJECT to all of the pro~isions of the Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits thereto, and any and all restrictions.
reservations, easements, licenses and limitations of record
which the parties of the second part assume and agree to ;
perform and abide by.

ALSO SUBJECT to all taxes levied subsequent to the year 1970.

title to said land and unit, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. ~
