convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be law•ful for the 4lortgagee at all times peaceably and j ~
- quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as ~ ~
may be herein described; that the ~lortgagot will make such futther assucances 1o petfect the fee simple title to
said land in the Mortgagee as-may reasonably be requited; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warrants the titl~
to said land and will defend the same against the law[ul claims of all persons whomsoever.
